Custom Design

Have a design in mind, or do you want to look to us for creativity? We can help you with creating the piece that is right for you. We use a computer design process to visualize your design in 3D on a large widescreen monitor. As we develop the custom piece of jewelry, we are able to make alterations and versions of the design. You can choose silver or gold, and include as little or as many precious stones as you desire in your creation.

Once your design is perfected to your satisfaction, our master jeweler meticulously creates it. The detail is so precise that it is only accomplished with a laser. This is what makes your piece a one-of-a-kind special gift that will last throughout the ages.

Expert Watch Repair and Jewelry Repair

Repairs

Have your watch or jewelry piece repaired by our expert jewelers. The award-winning jewelers at our store are highly trained in all types of watch repair and jewelry repair and manufacturing.

From your smallest to largest watch repair or jewelry repair, we complete the job with the highest quality and workmanship. In addition, our jewelry store completes watch battery replacements on site. We also provide a free cleaning and inspection while you wait.

Engraving

We can custom engrave many pieces of jewelry. Please see us for an in-store quote.

Clean & Inspect

Do you have a piece that has lost its luster? We can clean and recondition your jewelry back to its original shine. It is recommended that jewelry that is worn daily, such as a ring, is inspected and cleaned at least twice a year. With regular inspections, cleanings, and adjustments when needed, you can prevent the build up of dirt and loss of a precious stone. Any item of jewelry purchased at Caratti Jewelers will receive free cleanings and inspections any time you visit the store.

Appraisals

Our in-house GIA certified graduate gemologist has years of experience, and will provide you with a comprehensive and accurate appraisal of your diamonds or jewelry at a competitive price.
